Dr. Ferrara has served as university associate professor and maintained da private practice in Central Florida region.  Expertise is in Educational Psychology, Forensic Services, Vocational and Industrial applications. She holds degrees in Educational Psychology, Vocational Evaluations, and Forensic Services. She has Ph.D. in Assessment and Research Design for Test Developments and usage with emphasis on Statistical Validations. Thus, assessment benefit from her expertise in numerous life path areas. She brings over 30 years of expertise to the table, so clients benefit from a multi-service applications and diagnosis. 

As an expert in her field, Dr. Ferrara has consulted to numerous State and Federal agencies, as well as, Corporate Entities to bring information and individual skills to the highest potential possible.  She serves as Court appointed expert to the Courts in matters of Family Court, Criminal Court, and Divorce Court. Thus,, brings a broad range of expertise to assist others in realizing a highest benefit. to reach full potential. and productivity personally and at the workplace. In cases of learning disabilities she can administer a battery of appropriate tests to identify or diagnosis a concern that hinders success. If needed, standardized test accommodations can be validated.
